In line with a good tradition, the new members of the BMA team were welcomed in the Alte Schmiede canteen first by the CEO of BMA AG, Dr Steinbrink, and then by HR management and the trainers. They were told who their future contacts for training would be and given a company presentation. This was followed by a guided tour of the BMA premises and our workshops, where the new apprentices gained a first impression of their future place of work. The event marked the official career start for our four new BMA team members, and we very much look forward to working with them.
