BMA America now has its own service staff, enabling it to provide in-factory assistance within hours of an emergency anywhere in the Americas. As an added benefit for our clients, BMA America offers complementary overview inspections of BMA Centrifugals. These “Phase I” inspections provide the client with an overview of both the mechanical and electrical status of each BMA Centrifugal in their factory. The client then receives a report detailing the outcome of the inspection, along with specific spare parts and service recommendations. In Phase II, the client orders the necessary spare parts and the technical service to bring their Centrifugals back to original operational specifications. This two-phase service strategy has proven to be a huge success, particularly in Latin America.
