Installation as planned

As the intended applications for individual machines vary, so do their dimensions and so does the complexity of whole process steps. In many cases, delivery of a plant in one piece is just not feasible technically and logistically, because of its dimensions, such as is the case with cooling crystallisers. At the customer's request, we can therefore perform the complete assembly directly at the destination.

Our assembly teams have gained plant assembly expertise over many years and will assure expert installation in compliance with national or international standards and BMArecommendations. Our motto for assembly: Get it right the first time. The basis for this is our complete range of assembly engineering services. We strive to be always one step ahead with fresh ideas, also in assembly. This saves time during installation and reduces, for example, scheduled downtimes during refinery operation.

For our international customers in the sugar industry , we work hand in hand with many local contractors, coordinating tasks with them directly. If required, we procure scaffolds in advance, or cranes and insulations. Thanks to their knowledge of entire process steps, our fitters, technicians and engineers can see well beyond their immediate working environment. This helps with the coordination and control of interfaces, permitting us to meet deadlines precisely.

To those of our customers, who wish to have their machines installed by their own specialist staff or by third-party companies, we offer accompanying supervision of assembly by an experienced BMA chief erector. But whatever solution you opt for - our common aim is the smooth acceptance of plant installation, trouble-free operation in the future, and a delighted customer.
