Our project management teams support sugar producers and investors during all phases of plant construction. At your request, we are happy to handle the entire project management – from design to planning and construction and to commissioning, optimisation and maintenance. If required, we will coordinate all process participants including third-party companies. As a flexible partner, BMA fits seamlessly into its customers' value chain, even taking on responsibility for individual work packages. The coordination of projects such as the design and construction of an extraction plant is handled by experienced specialists from various fields – for instance, business management, mechanical engineering, sugar technology, process engineering, and food process technology – using the latest project management tools. They ensure interdisciplinary knowledge sharing between specialists around the globe – in fact, you can meet technicians, engineers and controllers from BMA in more than 80 countries worldwide!
