This year's Cologne Anuga Food Tec fair was held between 10 and 13 March. It is a platform for the manufacturing, packaging and distribution sectors in the food and beverage industries and brings together innovators and investors. More than 1,180 companies from 39 countries were represented in Cologne this year.
BMA Automation GmbH and BMA Nederland B.V., both subsidiaries of the Braunschweig-based BMA group, together presented an innovative cheese coating machine including an S7-300 control system. Other exhibits shown by BMA at the fair were control systems for continuous and batch sugar centrifugals.
Many visitors from Germany and abroad visited the BMA stand, at which both companies demonstrated their know-how in the fields process engineering and electrical engineering in an impressive manner. The successful integration of these two sectors into the BMA group has helped enhance the productivity of production plants and thus provides real benefits to BMA's customers.
