The 19th Fenasucro trade fair was held in Sertãozinho, Brazil, between 30 August and 2 September 2011. BMA was there!
At this year's Fenasucro fair we were represented with our own stand for the first time, at which BMA AG and BMA Automation could present their extensive product and service portfolio for the cane sugar industry together to the highly interested trade visitors. Aktual, our sales partner for automation and measuring equipment in Brazil, shared our fair stand with us as a co-exhibitor.
Visitors from all four corners of Latin America used this opportunity to get information about our diffusers, evaporators, crystallisers, drying plants or other pieces of BMA equipment, including machines like massecuite pumps and centrifugals.
The exhibited DynFAS MW microwave sensor for online measurement of the dry substance content of solutions attracted a lot of visitors in particular. This sensor is, for instance, used for measuring Brix values in crystallisation processes, where it supplies exact real-time measured values for process control purposes.
As in previous years, the Fenasucro fair fully lived up to its reputation as a hub of the Latin American sugar industry. Over four days, more than 29,000 visitors from 32 countries came to the exhibition centre, and we were able to welcome many of these visitors at our stand. We look forward to meeting you again!
