Already for the 8th/9th time, the association of the Latin American and Caribbean sugar technologists (Atalac: Asociación de Técnicos Azucareros de Latinoamérica y el Caribe) and the association of the Columbian cane sugar technologists (Tecnicaña: Asociación Colombiana de Técnicos de la Caña de Azúcar) organise this professional convention with associated trade fair at Cali.
